How to Download a Digital Item?

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and reviews section of your account.

There is one kind of digital purchase:
Instant download: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.


If you can’t find my download notification email:

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@clickandcard.ie to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.


Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to clickandcard.ie and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see Instant Download on the images for the item.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn’t been cancelled or removed.
Note: it may take time for your payment to process fully.


When will I receive my made-to-order digital product?

The delivery window for your digital product should be immediate and automatic from the moment you complete the purchase. It may take a few minutes, based on the internet connection or any such issues. If there is an issue, please contact our customer service to fix the issue with your order.
To see the status of your digital product, go to the Purchases and reviews section of your account. Once the purchase process finishes, your download will start immediately, and you will receive your file. You can also access your files by going to Purchases and reviews and selecting the Download files button. You will be able to leave a review for your purchase after you download your file.


I purchased a digital item, but I don’t have an account:

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you’ll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase.
If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact the customer service directly to discuss how they can send you your files.


I am having trouble downloading my files:

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it is possible that there is an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact customer service for further assistance.
The type of file you will be downloading is a PNG image file, as is shown in the product description. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.
If you continue to have trouble, please contact customer support.


I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item.

On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or cancelled.
If there’s a problem with your digital order, like it’s not as described in the listing or the file did not send, you’re covered under Purchase Protection.
